What You Need to Have Ready
We handle the appliance. You need to have the infrastructure in place — we do not run new electrical circuits, water lines, or vent ductwork as part of a standard installation.
Required on your end before we arrive
- Correct power outlet (240V for electric dryer, standard 120V for washer and fridge)
- Existing water supply valves in working condition (washers, fridges with ice maker)
- Existing dryer vent ductwork terminating at the wall
- Clear path and adequate space for the appliance

Bench Assessed
Every haul-away unit goes back to the bench. If it's repairable and worth reselling, we certify it and it goes back into inventory. If not, it gets parted or scrapped.
Proper Refrigerant Reclamation
EPA 608 certified means we handle refrigerant legally and correctly. Most informal haulers don't — and there's no enforcement until something goes wrong.
Haul Away Alone, or Bundle It
Need haul-away and nothing else? We do that. A top-load washer on the first floor is not the same job as a refrigerator down a narrow staircase, and we price accordingly. Buying from us? Schedule haul-away with your delivery and we knock the fee down — one trip, one crew.

Are used appliances actually reliable?
Ours are, because nothing gets listed until it passes a full bench test. We run live cycles, replace worn components, and certify each unit before it goes up. The 90-day parts-and-labor warranty exists because we expect them to hold up — and we put that in writing.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
All mechanical and electrical components, the compressor and sealed system on refrigerators, motors, pumps, drum assemblies, heating elements, thermostats, and control boards as tested at sale. Parts and labor are both covered at no charge. Physical damage, misuse, and normal consumables like filters are not.
How much is delivery and installation?
Flat rate by zone: $75 within 10 miles of Mechanicsburg, $100 from 11 to 20 miles, and $125 from 21 to 30 miles. The price covers delivery, installation, and a test cycle before we leave, and it's confirmed at purchase.
Can you install an appliance I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We install washers, electric dryers, and refrigerators from any retailer, as long as the outlet, water valves, and vent ductwork are already in place. Gas dryers are evaluated case by case — send us your setup details and we'll tell you if we can take the job.
Will you haul away my old appliance?
Yes — on its own or bundled with a delivery or installation, and bundled jobs get a discount. Quotes are based on unit size and access. As an EPA 608 certified shop, we reclaim refrigerant legally rather than venting it, which most informal haulers skip.
